2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, IONOS processes technically necessary access data. This may include the requested page or file, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and the date and time of access.

According to IONOS, the IP address is anonymised immediately upon collection and is used only to determine the location of access. Visitor data is stored for eight weeks. According to IONOS, this visitor data is not transferred to third countries.

The processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without technical errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. IONOS processes the data as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics

IONOS WebAnalytics is enabled by default by IONOS. The analysis is performed using log files or a tracking pixel and is used exclusively for statistical evaluation and the technical optimisation of the website.

Information such as the referrer, requested page or file, browser, operating system, device type and time of access is evaluated. IONOS does not use cookies for this purpose. According to IONOS, the IP address technically transmitted when a page is accessed is anonymised immediately and then processed without any link to an individual. According to IONOS, analytics data is not disclosed to third parties.

The legal basis for the technical transmission and statistical evaluation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technical optimisation and appropriate design of the website.

4. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, in particular your email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, your name and any other information you provide voluntarily, in order to respond to your enquiry.

If your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of my legitimate interest in appropriate communication.

The data will be deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds for further storage. Business correspondence may be subject to statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Email services are also provided by IONOS.

5. LinkedIn

This website contains only an external link to my LinkedIn profile. No LinkedIn plug-ins, tracking pixels or embedded content are loaded. Simply visiting this website therefore does not establish a connection to LinkedIn through this link.
